I was looking for information on Pell Grants (educational) and found a website that said I could download all the information I needed to help find what I qualified for only $1.97. During downloading, nothing ever gets loaded onto your computer, so I thought, there was a problem with my computer and eventually gave up and forgot about it. When I receied my March '09 visa statement, there was a $59.20 charge from a company called USA Best Grants.
