I received a call from our credit card company indicating there was a questionable charge pending from FWM Laboratories for Resv-Ultra for $87.13. Upon calling the company, I was told that they only placed an order for shipping and handling of a sample for $2.55. The heavily accented person denied the company had ever entered the $87.13 charge. She indicated that my wife had ordered a free sample through email which she says is not true. She indicated she would credit the $2.55 (still denying there there was ever a $87.13 charge).
