I had ordered this product on March 17, 2009. I was shipped to bottles for just the s & h fee of $12.95. On April 7 the my account was charged $79.90 and to be charged again on May 1st for 2 more bottles of this bogus product. When I called Customer Service I was told I could not return the unopened bottle because I was over the 30 guarantee. The rep informed me that this product takes 60 days to get into your system to really take effect and that I could have put my 30 day guarantee on hold.
