I work at one of the salons in Dothan. My supervisor shows favoritism with other employees of the same race as her. She comes in hours after her shift is to start and leaves hours early regularly. Her customer/employee relations are all but professional. After disappearing from the salon floor during one of her shifts (which she was already 2 hours late for) she went to her car to take a nap. I felt the need to notify Regis Corp. of her very unprofessional behavior. read full review »
