Attended free two hour seminar sponsored by National Foreclosure Institute on 10/2007. Was talked into purchasing a three day seminar as there is a money-back guarantee. Was talked into continuing education by purchasing five 1/2 hour sessions via phone on 12/2007. Was talked into fourteen 1/2 hour sessions via phone on 2/2008. Also subscribed to GPS website/database which gives me errors on certain panels when I access it. Called NFI hotline (888-829-1148) and have left messages, but no one has returned my calls.
