I ordered the new Chelsea kit for 2013/14 with free offer of number and name printing on the back of the shirt... ordered in November 2013 and they took the money out soon after.. I have had an email stating it was being packed and another saying it had been shipped... still waiting for delivery... Have I been conned because I want this for my 8year old grandson for this Christmas and will have to go elsewhere.....He will be really disappointed if I don't... Never had this happen before...
