My laptop quit working and I could not used my air card. I tried to get at&t to change out my aircard so I could used it on another computer. I needed an aircard that plugged into a USB port instead of the normal way the cards plug in. My card was not faulty it was fine but my new computer only has a USB Port. Basically there was nothing at&t would do to help me. I could not use the old card and they would not change mine out for a USB style one.
