I tried calling ESBI's 800 number (800-570-0269) to ask that they deduct their charge of $14.95 from my Verizon phone bill. I did not authorize this charge and I do not know what the charge is for on my bill. Their 800 number always rings busy. Please have them stop adding this cost to my phone bill. Verizon should stop giving ESBI authorization, and they should CREDIT my bill $14.95. Thank you Rose Arieta read full review »
