I paid $75 for a mock-up that showed my surfboard design as well as a written invoice. The mock-up ends up being free because they deduct that fee from the final cost of the surfboard. Our surfboard came exactly as described on both the mock-up and our invoice. Great communication as well, I can't see Joanne being anything but corporative.
