I have At&T for a cell service and decided to purchase their internet. Long story short I spent multiple hours on the phone, had to place my order 3 times and wait 1 month to get the product. Then I finally received the product and it did not work. I called in patiently to the tech support and was transfered another 3 times. I spoke with a woman who proceeded to lie to me about their computers being down. She told me there was a water main break and she couldn't help me.
