I got a text from 38148 and I opended. The following next month (March) i got a charge on my cell phone bill for $9.99. I called Sprint about it but there was no details. I paid it. Now i look at my April bill and the charge is there again. I have not idea who this is or what it is. I want it to stop. read full review »
