I purchased a CD over the phone for about $2.00 and was fine with that being taken out of my account, but then a few days later i find out they have already charged me for $17.45 for nothing, i had already told them, i didnt want any service and all i wished to recive was the CD that i had already paid for. Bieng chareged with that second amount had put me over my limit on the card and therefor i got chareged an additonal $19.00 for being over limit, which would not have happend if it wasnt for the second charge.
