i was a couple payments behind but i was catching them up. i had just sent them 140.00 when my payments were only 186.00 every two weeks. they tried to tell me that i was over 500.00 overdue which was completely untrue. i offered to send them receipts of payment but they said that they didn't want to see them. that their records were accurate. they cut off my car and i lost my job putting myself and my boyfriend out on the streets. i tried to tell them that if i lost my job i couldn't make my car payments and the rep. said that was a... read full review »
