I too have been a victim, of this scam. I had an old judgment that had been bought by M&P Collections, INC. They misrepresent themselves as being Morgan & Pottinger but use their address, 2401 Stanley Gault Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40223, phone number (502) 560-5600. Morgan & Pottinger also refers to their collections as M&P collections on their website, but when you click on the link it takes you back their phone number, (502) 589-2780.
