I was a loyal customer since 2005 but had no choice but to terminate service at the end of 2013. During the last year they kept dropping sync intermittently causing breaks in service for hours or sometimes days. They said it was a Verizon issue and were looking into it so I remained patient for months, tolerating the breaks in service. On Christmas morning 2013 they broke sync again and were unreachable for days by phone or E-mail.
