We had Greystone come do our patio which turned out fine. The problem was when a minor issue came up with the completion of the job I my calls were not returned for a month. When I finally called back for the 4th time I spoke to an employee who was very rude and dismissive and said I had only called to "tear her a new one" this was just silly as I had not been rude or discourteous. I would recommend customer service training for this woman; I would not recommend Greystone. read full review »
