They has given us untold grief after they literally "screwed" up a kitchen refacing job which we did not discover until we moved a chair and attempted to move a cabinet in the living room which as the result of their carelessness was attached to the living room wall. This was the result of the worker screwing drawers right into and beyond the living room wall.
