I ordered wedding flowers from Budget-Bride.com. Laura was very helpful until she received my order and my check for the entire order. After that, she did not respond to my numerous e-mails inquiring about the status of my order. My wedding was 2 weeks away and I had received no flowers and no response from her! In a panic, I sent Laura a rather stern e-mail.
