Empire Home Improvements (Empire) was contracted to install vinyl siding at our home in Massachusetts. Empire guarantees "Installation in 2 weeks or less". It took 4.5 weeks and a second crew to unstall and replace what the first crew messed up. My husband took 3 days off of work, and I had to take a half day off to meet with the supervisor.
