They advertised custom made knives on their website www.outdoorartistry.com. I ordered 3 knives from them. I was told it would be 3 weeks before I received them. When 3 weeks came and went and I hadn't gotten the knives I called them back. I was told they were mailing the the next day. I never received them. Each time I called I was told they were going out the next day. Mrs. Richardson also verified my order and mailing address. I finally received the knives 3 months later COD.
