I placed an order with everydaylowprice.com; I did receive the goods but they were defective. I contacted the website, which appears to be a one-man operation out of his basement (their email address is a Gmail address), to ask to send the items back for a full refund. I received scathing emails and phone calls from Ben, the owner, questioning my honesty and integrity and arguing that he has never had a customer receive defective goods, so that I must be lying.
