This company contacted the secretary who answers our phones, and pretended to be our regular toner supplier. He told her that we had been forgotten on the prior mailing to notify of a future increase in prices and that since we weren’t notified, that they were going to give us a free bottle of toner. She was told that they would be sending an order form over, but to not worry about the price, but to please just sign the form, as it was just necessary to have to get the product shipped.
