After ordering a CD for 1.98 (which was never received) I was subsequently charged monthly fees of both 59.95 and 17.45. While informed of the 59.95 monthly membership fee, the 17.45 was not authorized. In an attempt to call the 800 number listed on their website, I got nothing but a busy signal. Even though I had never accessed the website and never received the CD as promised, they refused to refund any monies charged. Companies such as these should be fined and closed down for lack of information to the public. read full review »
