I have met many successful customers of Jeff. I think what Charles is missing is not that because a person he's buying the boot camp from is not licensed. Which is a technicality and the reason he won. That's an excuse. It's that Charles does not realize that it's really hard and with his type of character and not having a life passion for the pool industry he was determined to give up and blame.
