Eddie Salas claiming he has a contractors liscense did an absolute horrible job in one of our units. He does not know a thing about tile work painting and other jobs related to that matter. Paints the entire unit but dirties up the place and then has to paint all over again. Takes 5 months to paint and tile bathroom with out "water protection" in the bathrooms so it wont leak through the second floor.
