I purchased the heated glove liners and hand warmer muff direct from Activheat. Let's start with the fact they charged $25 shipping which was supposed to be delivered to me within 3 days and took 6. The items could have been shipped Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope for less than $6. This should've been my first clue the company has poor customer service but it was my decision to pay it in the first place.
