My Name is Glenn and my wife is Kimberly Goodell, we live at 1130 N. K. St. Lake Worth, FL 561-547-0879. We have a medical condition that prevents us often from answering the phone 100% of the time. A and E Has scheduled 6 visits and failed to show up once. Being on disability as was explained to the phone tech is not an adequate accomadation that they are will to make.
