Panda software like other typical software companies provides few means for personal level software support. I purchased Panda Global Protection 2009 and installed it on my Vista x64 PC. After first reboot, the PC would not allow me to click on any programs and the start menu would not open. Explorer.exe would hang. If I called Panda technical support directly, then I would be charged $19.95 for this incident. This is a SCAM. Errors in Panda software should not require me to pay them to correct it.
