They advertise a DVD called "GOOGLE PRO" a work from home guide, which you'll never receive in the mail. The charge is $3.88 for S/H, but what they don't tell you is that they are also going to charge you an additional fee (in my case $72.21) in a weeks trial period, without having received the DVD or getting acquainted with the website. They have no managerial structure and every customer service rep you speak with has a script to read from to handle any/all anticipated questions. They've got it all figured out.
