watch out. I never orderd magic jack but there it was on my credit card. not only that but it says i ordered 5 years of magic jack service!! after waiting for 40 minutes for a live person i got online for a live chat and yes it does seem that they're automated. same questions. she had a bill and everything that i supposibly did. I did not do this or authorize the charges to my credit card. she said they ask for the security 3 digits on the back of your credit card so it had to have been someone who had access to it. well it's just me... read full review »
