Placed my order and then got a "call to confirm your order" call. I refused all the expensive accessories they offered and person was extremely rude. Almost immediately got an email that my order was backordered 3 weeks. That was 7 weeks ago, and no one will respond to my emails. Am trying to call to cancel now. ..if I can get anyone to answer the telephone! Would never, ever attempt to deal with this wacko company again. read full review »
