DO NOT sign up for Direct TV!!! THEY SUCK; THEIR TRADE PRACTICES ARE DECEPTIVE; THEY LIE AND MISLEAD THE CUSTOMER AND THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT. And I did everything a prudent consumer should do prior to signing up for their service, and I still got screwed. When I first called Direct TV, I asked a multitude of questions and took detailed notes.
