I have a total of twenty eight one dollars hold on a visa gift card i have financed from GE Money Bank. The dollar holds are supposed to fall off within twenty four to forty eight hours, but GE Money Bank who is responsible for releasing the hold have not done so. I have contacted the Manager from the bank as of April 16th 2009 no one has returned my phone call. The Customer Service number on the back of the card is automated no live person for me to speak to for answers. read full review »
