About seven months ago, our interest rate was raised on our home to more then 9%. This raised our mortgage to $500.00 a month more than what we were paying. Obviously this is not something we can afford. We contacted Litton Loan Servicing right away and submitted all paperwork to do a loan modification. The first time around, they lost the paperwork and so we submitted everything twice. As of now. no one is calling us back and nothing has been done to resolve our issue.
