I ordered Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitner from ionlineorder.com and was offered a $50.00 rebate through WellnessWatchersMD. It takes 6-8 weeks to receive the rebate. I was automatically enrolled in a program with WellnessWatchersMD and FitCompass. Each company will charge you monthly if you do not cancel. I cancelled my enrollment and was still charged by FitCompass. I called my creditcard company to dispute the unauthorized charge.
