I could not reach them by phone, so I went to their website (www.get order help.com)and submitted notification of cancellation and return of product.Their reply was, notification recieved return authorization would be e-mailed within 48 hours.I did not recieve any return authorization.It has been more than a week.While checking my bank balance I saw they had withdrawn $39.&change from my account on April 24th without my authorization.Their withdrawal cost me $35.00 in overdraft fees.I know I am intitled to the return of the $39.&change and the 35.00 in overdraft fees.I am retired and on a fixed income, every pehtnny counts. read full review »
