PSE&G is a complete monopoly in providing utility services, there service is extremely bad, if you need to talk to a customer service rep, you need to be on hold for about 30-45 mins. Their billing system and meter reading is a complete rip-off of consumers. THey don't explain their bills well. During and winter/summer, for the peak two or three months irrespective of you use electricity/gas or not you have to pay double/triple the usage...because they say so.
