I will preface my review by saying it would have been a 5 star rating had there not been some issues on the front end of my experience with Roeland. Please read ahead for the whole experience. When we first contacted Roeland for home improvements there was a consistent line of communication, and all seemed to be going smoothly. However, days turned into weeks and the job still had not been finished. Inquiries to the matter were not responded to and emails exist showing this was a one sided dialogue.
