Airsplat sent air rifle with parts missing in a poorly packaged box. Arrived busted open and bb's were more than half-missing. Wrote immediately to complain. Ulitmately sent back gun for repair/replacement under warranty three times now but they have sent the same unrepaired gun with the same missing parts back each time. Cannot reach them except by email. Horrible service and even more horrible product. Wasted almost $150.00 on gun that never worked and now will never be replaced/repaired.
