This is just a condensed version of what has really taken place: Mastercard authorized charges on my card I lost with a company just because I had done business with them before. What if this person that persued these charges was someone I actually knew and had stolen my card. Now my account is overdrawn $389.46 because mastercard had access to my bank account.
