I got the sevice, which is called the triple-play(cable, internet, and phone ), from comcast on a sale for $120.00 a month, for a year at that price, so when my year was up I tried renegotiating my contract to better fit my budget and was refused, so I shopped around for a better deal. Took the phone service out for a much better $10.00 a month. Explained what I was doing to comcast after january no bill from comcast, 2 months no bill, finally get a sign on door to call if I still want to enjoy services I do, they tell me I owe$488.00 how? at... read full review »
