I requested a trial offer and was to be charged $4.95 for shipping and handling. I received the product and was charged. However, I am was charged $44.90 a month later for a product I have never received nor do I want. I am unable to reach anyone who can help me. When I ordered this item I asked if it was a one time charge because that was all I authorized my account to be charged. Their webvsit claims the extra charge is for those who have selected to order other products which I did not. I specifically stated that if I had to order anything else or get other shipments I would not be interested in this purchase. read full review »
