Purchased a Sears Kenmore Elite HE3t frontal load washer and dryer. The water pump was making noises and we called a service tech out to repair. During the repair he pushed the impellar back onto the pump and said "they come off all the time" you'll have to replace the pump with a newer style. I spent $380 to repair the washer. Never would I have thought this would be a washer I would hate!!! Sears just does'nt care anymore about it's customers and taking care of the issues at hand. Will I ever recommend Kenmore or Sears????? read full review »
