I'm not sure I'm on the right complaint f0rm, but here goes--------- I ordered ORI AVG Online Store Elements infomn (#1784781106) on March 10 at a cost of $45.94.. I received your disk, proceeded to download it, but after 6 hours - failed to down load this product. I have attempted this four more times, and still --- NO LUCK!
