Back in 2005, I tried NetZero for the 30 day free trial, and cancelled in less than than 2 weeks of poor service. Now, my wife brought me our statement for our banking account debit card, asking about a $14.95 charge from Netzero. I called the toll-free # on the charge, and was told the account had never been cancelled, the charge to the debit acct. had been since the trial period, and not cancelled, or they would have a recording of my call! 4 YEARS AGO???????
