I bought a Samsung Behold in Jan 2009 wich included a 50 rebate offer. The first problem I encountered was the phone was back ordered and when I ordered it was not made aware of this. When I finally recieved my phone I sent in the required information. After a month and a half I checked the status and there was no record of my submission. I emailed them and a week later got a response saying my rebate was denied because the label was ripped and to resubmit the orginal label.
