I paid shipping and handling for trial sample. Did not recieve sample for 4 weeks. Then received another package with no paperwork in package the next day of a bottle of 60 tabs and was charged that day from my bank of $89.31 and again repeated the next month of receiving a package from the same address with no paper work in package. I had contacted my bank and complained. Their suggestions was to contact the company for reimbursement and resolution to this, since I had not actually order any product.
