Dish tv profusely advertise about customer's convenience but in reality it is just the opposite. Hardly the customer care service works. regarding the movie on demand I have few serious complaint to make. When i have a balance of Rs. 750/- sometime in last year I ordered m.o.d through sms where the result was zero but to my surprise the balance amount came down to Rs.525/-which i came to know from guwahati office.
