While trying to place an order I asked for a LATTE and the first time received Parfiit second time asked for a LATTE and spelled it out and got an english muffin which I caught in time and declined. You should hire people that speak American and understand what customers are ordering. That annoys me. This always happens in the mornings during the week. read full review »
