On 2/22/09 I ordered a Sony camcorder from Closeout Genius that they listed as in stock. They charged my CC. A couple days later they called and tried to sell me a long life battery and said the original only last 20-minutes which I knew was not true, I declined. I received an email from closeout Genius saying my camcorder was back ordered and would take 2 to 3-weeks. A month later I emailed them and never received a response.
